I know this is short notice, but I wanted to invite you to a special volunteer meetup this Saturday that doubles as a fun, Earth Month-inspired activity for us.
Instead of our usual volunteer shift, we’re gathering for a hands-on DIY workshop where we’ll make our reusable beeswax wraps—a sustainable way to reduce plastic in the kitchen. The awesome Jessica leads it from Nature Needs SD, and it's part of our efforts to prevent food waste and promote mindful storage.
Please think of this as our team-building hangout. Just a chance to slow down, connect, and learn a new skill together. This workshop will show you how to ditch the plastic and switch to natural, reusable food wraps made with 100% cotton and beeswax.
