Food Drive Registration Form

Your philanthropy efforts will help people in local communities experiencing hunger. With your help, we are committed to serving and empowering people by providing healthy and nutritious food to individuals and families who suffer from food insecurity, with food restrictions due to auto-immune conditions turn to us for items that are scarce in other food pantries.

When planning a food drive, please be aware:

  • Our most needed items include ALLERGY-Friendly and plant-based food items.

  • Pick-up may be available for collections of around 600 cans or greater, we need at least two days' notice to coordinate. 

  • If you are doing a smaller drive or don’t want to use milk crates, copy-paper-sized boxes with lids are preferred. Large boxes are discouraged for the safety of our volunteers.

  • If you are planning to drop off the items at our location, please call (858) 737-4320 one day in advance to allow us to prepare for your delivery.

  • We are unable to accept food deliveries when the Pantry is closed.

  • In-kind donation receipts are available.

  • If you would like to include Porchlight Community Services' name or logo in any marketing, please let us know so that we can provide you with high-resolution images.

  • Tag us on social media so we can see all your hard work!  PLCs are on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
